So this is the next entry in the customer service chronicles for today: Among the verge of sending my third hand back to Calphalon. This is one of probably have for about 15 years. It’s a grill pan, it just hasn’t weathered the washing and grilling so well. Albeit, have been used in a long time, but I want to start using it because I’m eating fish more often because of my heart issue. So, let’s see if it lives up to their lifetime warranty and if they’ll send me a new one like they so graciously have in the past. I have to say, Calphalon is tops for customer service and cookware. The pans I have, I love, and the ones that didn’t work out so well, they were very kind about replacing. All it took was a note and the pan shipped to them at my expense, and…
